Events for May and June
Every Friday morning we will be in the Nursery with other volunteers. Come along and join our friendly group, bring along some morning tea to share, do some work and take away some plants for free.
We will also be collecting the last few seeds for the season - Cabbage tree, broadleaf, Hebe, lemonwood and others. Or come and purchase some plants ready to plant and contribute to the Education Centre building.
In June we will be having “Cuttings Workshops” 14 and 28 June - teaching people how to propagate new plants fromn cuttings. You can bring along cuttings that you wish to grow or learn the techniques and go home and try them out. The cuttings will make roots over winter and be ready to pot on in spring.
