April’s a Busy Month!
School visits, education centre building, apple pressing and the usual Friday morning volunteer days were all busy events at the community Nursery.
Limehills School spent a day at the nursery - collecting seed, potting up kowhai plants for their project at Kowhai Reach, near Centre Bush and planting in Rances Bush.
Earlier in the month St Johns penguins came and did some seed collecting.
